The musical "The Witch Kera and the 7 Gems" will be performed at the National Opera Bucharest
After two successful performances at the National Children's Palace and at the National Theatre in Bucharest, the beloved and fascinating musical The Witch Kera and the 7 Gems, directed by Răzvan Oprea, will be performed on 25 and 26 February at the National Opera in Bucharest.
With an exceptional cast, including the beloved soloists Paula Seling, Ozana Barabancea and Aurelian Temisan, the show staged by director Răzvan Oprea has the grandeur of Broadway musicals: acrobats, dancers, choreographers, singers, spectacular costumes, special scenic and technical effects. All this is perfectly in line with the concept of the author, Cristian Faur, who, with the music and libretto of this musical, raises the bar for the quality of children's shows in Bucharest.
The manager of Ambasadorii Musical Theatre, Mihai Ciprian Rogojan, said that "This show will rise to the level of a premium product on 25 and 26 February, with the convergent presence of all the necessary factors for an extravagant musical aimed at young people and children. The collaboration with the National Opera bodes very well. Tickets are selling extremely well, demonstrating the public's interest in such large-scale performances.."
The performances at the Bucharest National Opera will take place on February 25 and 26, at 11:00 am and will bring together on stage over 100 artists, including the orchestra and choir of the National Opera, under the baton of conductor Ciprian Teodorașcu.
"The Witch Kera and the Seven Gems" transports us into the world of fairy tales, through the most representative characters of childhood stories: "Aladdin and the Enchanted Lamp", "Little Red Riding Hood", "The Three Little Pigs", "Anastasia", "The Jungle Book", "Snow White and the Seven Dwarfs", "Beauty and the Beast" and "Spiderman".
